From its elevated position overlooking St. Thomas Bay, the villa captures sweeping vistas of the sea and landscape. The charming sandy beach and its seaside taverna are just a two-minute walk away, while additional tavernas and mini markets can be found scattered throughout the nearby countryside. The picturesque village of Karavados is only a three-minute drive from the property.
Following a recent renovation completed in the last quarter of 2025, the semi-basement level of the property has been newly upgraded to include a billiards table, a fully equipped laundry area, and two double beds.
Thanks to this new layout, the villa can now accommodate an additional 4 guests, offering greater flexibility and comfort for larger families or groups.

The semi-basement level has been fully renovated and now includes:
- open space area with a kitchen-living room
- a pool table for indoor entertainment
- a dedicated laundry area
- two double beds
OUTDOOR AREA
Outside, guests can enjoy the privacy of the large courtyard surrounded by olive, orange, and lemon trees. The swimming pool area offers sunbeds, two poolside showers, and a shaded pergola with a dining table—perfect for relaxing or enjoying unforgettable sunsets.
